- Running water and caps for the pipe in the shower
- A purring kitten and vets who charge less than they should or could
- A car that runs and simple, inexpensive fixes
- Smiles, hugs, and cards
- Yellow tulips
- The sound of the Kansas wind as I wake up
- Sunshiny days and rainy days
- The electric tea kettle and hot coffee
- Baking as therapy
- Pregnant bladder even though it's inconvenient!
- Thunder rumbling outside
- Being part of a team, any team, being able to work together with other to accomplish something I can't do alone

- MLBTV and watching local Phillies game coverage in Kansas
